EPCs are now required for all properties marketed or let in the United Kingdom. It is an offence to market or let a property without an energy performance certificate punishable by a fine enforced by local Trading Standards Departments. From the 1st October 2008, any property marketed prior to the relevant commencement of the HIP Regulations and still on the market will require an EPC. Minster Energy are able to provide you will Energy performance Certificates from only £50.00 dependant upon location and property size.



All properties marketed after the relevant hip regulations were passed must have in addition to an EPC, a Home Information Pack (HIP) which will in fact incorporate the EPC. In addition, the HIP will include, an index, statement of sale, deeds of title, and water and local searches. Minster Energy are able to provide fully HIP Code Compliant Home Information Packs from £190+vat , for freehold properties and from £245+vat for leasehold properties

Perry Hedley the business's owner is fully qualified with a DipDea and formally accredited with the Building Research Establishment, BRE for short. To improve the services offered, from January 2008 , Minster Energy commenced the provision of full Home Information Packs to it's clients
